
Understanding the Differences Between Pembrokeshire County Council (PCC) and Haverfordwest Town Council (Town Council)
Pembrokeshire County Council is the principal authority for the whole county and delivers most public services. The County Council’s offices are also based in Haverfordwest (but are on the opposite side of the river) and they are often confused with the offices of the Town Council.
