
Town Council meetings are held in person in the Council Chamber at the Council Offices, Old Wool Market, Quay Street, Haverfordwest SA61 1BG but may be accessed virtually instead if required.
Meetings are usually held on the third Thursday of each month with the exception of August when there is no meeting.
Members of the public are welcome to attend any meeting either in person or via a virtual link which may be obtained in advance of the meeting from the Town Clerk.
If you have a topic for the agenda, or wish to make arrangements to attend a meeting (the building is not fully accessible at the moment and special arrangements will need to be made to accommodate mobility issues) please contact us: Items for the agenda should be sent in 5 working days before the meeting.

Agendas for Full Council (Ordinary) meetings, Extraordinary meetings and Committee meetings are posted on to this website 3 working days before each meeting. Emergency meetings may be held without such notice.
Draft meeting minutes are posted on to this website within 7 working days of each meeting. All minutes are then approved retrospectively by the Council at the next Full Council meeting.
